Im willing to put my record on the line to be judged by anyone who is willing to check. If I lied about my record this year I want to be banned and my IP address blocked. But if my record is correct which it is, I want Henhouse banned. I think this is more than fair.

If THERX can put up with liers, I dont want to be a part of this site anyway. If you think Henhouse contributes more to this forum than me, fine I will leave.

The Rx does edit posts which accuse sport-books of such and such allegations. One can expect that as not deleteing those messages will result in defamation lawsuits.

Now allowing lies to be made by one post to another, it is unlikely that the agrieve poster will file a lawsuit, however, I do expect the agreved party in this case, choptalk to be given the same courtesy as when a book is bashed.

If Mr.HenHouse is not banned, I have to conclude the Rx views it posters rather cynically.

Look at it this way (a more satrical view)

Suppose the Rx forum is society. And in every society, there is a nut house. The rubber room being the nut house of the Rx forum.

In the nut house, there are still rules.

For instance, if one inmate of the insane ayslum starts acting up really weird, more weird than usual, and starts to be abusive and agrressive, the nut house authorities will bring out the straigh jacket and giantic butterfly net to restrain the inmate.

If the inmate continues to scream even while being restrained in a straight jacket, then the authorities bring out the goalie mask and cover up his pie-hole to muzzle him.

So the legal question for the kangaroo court, althought the inmante has already been sent away banished from society at large, what further constriants should be enforced and applied unto the inmates of the nut-house ... errr ... I mean rubber room ...

Knowing that every society has a nut-house and every nut house has it's rules too ... along with the orderlies, bedpans, straight jerseys and goalie masks ...
